About The Role:
In this role, you’ll solve customer inquiries through Live Chat and Email Support. While handling essential webinar setup tasks, including managing attendance, preparing certificates, and coordinating emails. During live webinars, you’ll take charge of moderating sessions by introducing speakers and creating an engaging atmosphere. If you excel in communication, being extraverted, and delivering outstanding virtual event support, we’d love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:
- Solving problems as a customer service representative via Live Chat & Email Support
- Webinar setup tasks such as: Attendance, preparing certificates, and sending emails
- Moderating the live webinar to introduce the main speaker & ensure an engaging experience

Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a remote virtual assistant
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service
- Webinar Moderating Experience

Tech Experience:
- Zoom, Wordpress, Tawk.to, Gmail

Requirements:
- MUST HAVE AN UPDATED COMPUTER WITH ACCESS TO HIGH-SPEED INTERNET
- Must have a typing speed of 55+ Words Per Minute
- Fluent English in speaking & writing
- American-sounding accent
- Flexible Schedule
