JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Webflow Landing Page Builder to join our team and support the growth of our own businesses. As the Webflow Landing Page Builder, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing landing pages for various products, services, and campaigns across our brands. Your work will focus on creating user-centric, conversion-optimized landing pages to drive sales, lead generation, and brand engagement.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-converting landing pages in Webflow for different marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotions across our businesses.
Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure landing pages align with overall brand strategies and campaign goals.
Optimize landing pages for performance, including speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
Continuously test, analyze, and iterate on landing page designs to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
Integrate third-party tools such as email marketing platforms, CRM, and analytics tools into landing pages.
Ensure a seamless user experience by focusing on clean design, intuitive navigation, and fast loading times.
Manage and maintain the landing pages, making updates and adjustments based on performance data, new content, or seasonal campaigns.
Implement tracking systems (e.g., Google Analytics, conversion pixels) to monitor the effectiveness of landing pages.
Requirements:

Proven experience building landing pages using Webflow, with a portfolio of live landing pages or projects.
Strong proficiency in Webflow, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience design.
Familiarity with Webflow CMS and the ability to manage dynamic content.
Ability to implement responsive designs and optimize landing pages for various devices and screen sizes.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for landing page optimization.
Experience with A/B testing and analyzing data to drive improvements in landing page performance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute creative ideas with precision.
Excellent communication skills to work closely with the internal team and incorporate feedback effectively.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with integrations like Zapier, Google Tag Manager, and third-party marketing tools.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools for performance analysis.
Experience creating landing pages for e-commerce, lead generation, or product launches.
