Webflow & Graphic Design Expert - Remote Position

We're looking for an exceptional Indonesia-based Webflow developer and graphic designer to join the JJSmith team. You'll collaborate on transformative digital projects for our international hospitality and wellness clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure websites are optimised for performance and SEO
- Communicate effectively with international clients
- Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in graphic design and web development
- Expert-level proficiency in Webflow
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design skills and Webflow projects
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign )
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)

- Ability to work within GMT+7 timezone with flexibility for international meetings

Desirable Skills
- Experience with custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience working with international clients
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of accessibility standards
