JOB OVERVIEW

We seek a talented Webflow Developer/Designer to create visually compelling, high-performing websites and landing pages. In this role, you’ll combine your design eye with coding best practices to translate brand strategy into seamless user experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and content to ensure our online presence is innovative, consistent, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Development:

Build responsive websites, landing pages, and micro-sites in Webflow, from initial wireframes to launch.
Translate design concepts and client briefs into user-friendly layouts and functional web pages.
Brand Consistency & UX:

Ensure all digital touchpoints align with brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging.
Optimize user flow and accessibility to deliver an exceptional user experience on every device.
Performance & Maintenance:

Implement best practices for website performance, SEO, and security.
Continually refine website features based on user analytics, A/B testing, and feedback.
Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing teams to develop engaging, conversion-driven campaign landing pages.
Coordinate with content creators and designers to maintain consistency in look, feel, and functionality.
Innovation & Growth:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design innovations, and Webflow updates.
Proactively suggest new features, design improvements, or integrations that enhance the user experience.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:

Proven track record of building and designing websites in Webflow (portfolio required).
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Design Expertise:

Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) for wireframing and prototyping.
Strong eye for layout, typography, and color theory.
Preferred Experience:

Experience with SEO best practices.
Basic knowledge of CMS integrations, third-party tools, and plugin configurations within Webflow.
Understanding of A/B testing and performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics).
