WebFlow Designer and Developer

I am looking for an experienced WebFlow designer and developer who is proactive, FAST and works efficiently with an eye for detail.

Must know Webflow inside out! I hate the word unicorn but I am looking for someone who can design beautifully with the user in mind and develop fast SEO optimised websites that are top quality with zero code bloat.

I am building a team for my company and I am looking to work with someone longterm. If you are just a designer OR a developer please also reach out. (I'm not sure how realistic it is that I will get someone who can do both)

So this is a GREAT job with PLENTY of work available, but you must be willing to commit and go all-in 100%!

Required
4+ years experience with designing in Figma and developing with WebFlow
Great communication skills and ability to work in the Australian timezone
Lots of initiative and a positive attitude
Proactive and can suggest improvements to experience, code or project flow
Fluent English
Available part-time now but to scale to full-time if it is a fit


Bonus if you are: (But not necessary)
Experienced with project management
Experienced with Trello and creating automation
