About PSA
Pooper Scooper Ads (PSA) is a fast-growing digital agency specializing in web design, branding, and digital marketing for pet waste removal businesses. In just three months, we’ve completed 60+ projects, and we need a skilled Web Designer to help us keep up with demand.
This is a part-time role with full-time potential for a talented designer who can create clean, modern, and conversion-friendly websites while working efficiently within our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Designing WordPress websites & landing pages using Elementor
Creating custom UI elements, hero sections, and page layouts
Designing website assets (icons, buttons, banners, and graphics)
Ensuring mobile responsiveness & usability
Improving and refining existing website designs
Optimizing layout & visual flow for better conversions
(Bonus) Assisting with basic branding assets (logos, color palettes)
You’ll collaborate closely with our project manager & developer to ensure high-quality designs are delivered on time.
Who We’re Looking For
2+ years of web design experience (WordPress & Elementor required)
Strong portfolio of modern, conversion-focused website designs
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Ability to work quickly & efficiently under tight deadlines
Understanding of UI/UX best practices
Excellent attention to detail & communication skills
(Bonus) Experience with branding & digital marketing materials
