SUNAGO Group is seeking a skilled, self-motivated, and independent Web Designer & Design Manual Specialist to design and develop our website on Squarespace while also contributing to the refinement of our Design Manual and brand assets.
The primary focus will be on building a modern, responsive website to showcase our brand and services. Additionally, the candidate will work on enhancing our Design Manual and other branding materials, which are currently developed in Adobe InDesign.
This is a full-time role with a 3-month trial period, offering the potential for Performance Shares for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Website Design & Development (Priority):
- Design and build a professional, user-friendly website using Squarespace, adhering to an already defined structure and design principles.
- Develop a responsive, modern, and visually appealing layout that aligns with SUNAGO Group’s brand identity.
- Collaborate remotely to receive feedback, iterate on drafts, and finalize the website design.
- Incorporate rough draft content into the design and finalize the text as the project progresses.
- Deliver high-quality drafts while meeting project milestones and deadlines.
Branding & Design Manual Optimization:
- Update and refine the SUNAGO Group Design Manual to align with the company’s evolving branding.
- Work on other branding assets, including our Company Profile, Business Cards, and other collateral, all developed in Adobe InDesign.
- Ensure consistency and professionalism across all visual and communication materials.
Collaborative Efforts:
- Work closely with staff and stakeholders from different parts of the world to ensure alignment and quality in deliverables.
Be available for pre-planned meetings in Central European Time (CET) afternoons as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Squarespace web design and development.
- Strong skills in graphic design and branding, with experience in refining and updating Design Manuals and other brand assets.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign for working on the Company Profile, Business Cards, and other materials.
- Self-motivated and able to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills for effective online collaboration and feedback incorporation.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering polished and professional results.
- Proven ability to manage timelines and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
- Must be willing to work full-time and adjust to occasional pre-planned meetings in CET afternoons.
