We require an application to be built for companies that allow internal jobs to be posted, the job then gets allocated to a member of staff who would have a profile. The job can have notes added to it. There would be a timeline along the top and side of job progress. Whereby various milestones are completed. We would then have an area where the stock of the company is held, eg wiring, plug sockets etc, these are then allocated to a job from the worker. Which takes the total amount off the number in the workers van stock, which when the worker fills up his van comes off the company inventory.
