Web Hosting Systems Administrator 

We are seeking a Web Hosting Systems Administrator to oversee the technical infrastructure of our WordPress hosting services, manage server-side operations, and ensure seamless integration of payment and billing systems. This role focuses on maintaining smooth automation processes, troubleshooting API and payment-related issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Server Management:
Manage and optimize our hosting environment on Kinsta.
Monitor server performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
Ensure uptime and reliability for all hosted WordPress sites.
Billing & Payment System Oversight:
Configure and manage WHMCS for client billing, subscription management, and service automation.
Integrate and monitor Stripe for secure and reliable payment processing.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to billing and payment gateways.
API Integration & Automation:
Maintain and optimize API connections between WHMCS, Stripe, and other integrated tools.
Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline client onboarding and service provisioning.
Identify and fix API-related errors, ensuring smooth operation.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated hosting and billing-related technical issues.
Collaborate with developers and third-party vendors to resolve complex problems.
Implement solutions to prevent future disruptions.
Security & Compliance:
Monitor for potential security threats and ensure systems are patched and updated.
Maintain compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).
Documentation & Reporting:
Create and update technical documentation for workflows, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Generate performance and issue-resolution reports for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Strong experience with WordPress hosting environments, especially Kinsta.
Proficiency in WHMCS setup, customization, and management.
Expertise in Stripe integration and payment processing workflows.
Hands-on experience with APIs and automation tools.
Strong understanding of server performance metrics and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Required:
Familiarity with PHP, MySQL, and web development tools.
Experience with automation tools like Zapier or Integromat.
Prior experience in a similar hosting or SaaS-based environment.
