Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Data Analyst in the unit’s goals such as ensuring report accuracy, data quality and integrity, department and unit target upkeep, data-process compliance, and data workflow system upkeep
- Maintain and improve comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations, and implementation of best practices
- Support operations with data extraction, analysis, reporting, and insights.
- Collaborate with all organizational units to optimize data-driven decision-making to identify areas for improvement with data-driven insights and metrics to meet
- Assisting in all compliance and system upkeep
- Utilize automation tools to improve unit data process and workflow
- Monitors Key Performance Indicators of service teams
- Ability to grasp and understand workflows and processes to extract data for valuable insights and reporting measures
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year as a Data Analyst
- College graduate: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business, Engineering, or any related or similar field preferred
- Experience in a similar industry preferred
- Knowledgeable of Google Looker Studio for Dashboards and Reports
- Intermediate to advance working knowledge on Google Sheets (Queries, lookups, etc.)
- Knowledgeable of automation tools (Zapier, autocrat, etc.) for automation
- Excellent communicator

- Familiar with root cause analysis and performance improvement planning
- High analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent (cross-functional) stakeholder management skills
