We are seeking an experienced Web Development Manager to lead our web development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and maintenance of our web applications and platforms. You will manage a team of developers, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain high-quality standards for our web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage the web development team.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and conduct performance evaluations.
Foster a collaborative and innovative development environment.
Project Management

Oversee the development and maintenance of all web applications and websites.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure project deadlines are met and that web solutions are delivered on time.
Technical Oversight

Ensure the development of scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications.
Stay up-to-date on emerging web technologies and development best practices.
Conduct regular code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with UI/UX designers, content teams, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Quality Assurance

Implement and enforce quality assurance processes.
Ensure that all websites and applications are optimized for SEO, speed, and performance.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Minimum of [2 years] of experience in web development,
