Web Developer/Designer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer/Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with website builds, addressing technical support escalations, and working closely with our Customer Support team to ensure smooth communication and efficient problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development: Assist with the development of websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
WordPress Proficiency: Utilize your knowledge of WordPress to build, maintain, and troubleshoot websites built on this platform.
Technical Support: Address and resolve technical issues escalated by the support team, ensuring a timely and effective resolution.
Collaboration with Support: Communicate directly with the Customer Support team to review tickets, provide insights, and guide them on customer requests for technical assistance.
Internal Tasks: Participate in internal tasks, ensuring that all processes and workflows are optimized.
Communication: Actively engage in team communication through Slack and comment on support tickets to ensure clear and effective communication with both customers and internal teams.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Strong experience with WordPress development.
Familiarity with other platforms like Shopify is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with support and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers effectively.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time across different tasks.
Working Hours:

20 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
