Web Developer for E-learning Platform with LMS

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to build an e-learning platform focused on video training with an integrated Learning Management System (LMS). The platform should be user-friendly, provide customers access through a personal portal, and release video training modules step by step.

Responsibilities:
- Develop an e-learning website with a fully integrated LMS for customers to access courses and modules.
- Set up a customer portal for registration, login, and video access.
- Implement a modular system where users gain access to new modules after completing previous ones.
- Integrate secure payment solutions (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or iDEAL).
- Secure videos and customer data against unauthorized access.
- Ensure the platform is responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Optionally, create an admin panel for easy content management and analytics tracking.

Requirements:
- Proficiency with LMS platforms like LearnDash, Moodle, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of frontend and backend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, or similar).
- Experience with frameworks or CMS platforms such as WordPress, Laravel, or alternatives.
- Familiarity with implementing secure payment gateways and user management systems.
- Understanding of web application security and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to development.
