Web Developer and Adsense expert for profit generating, Afilliate Marketing, Monetized website

We are seeking a Web Developer with Google Adsense expertise to create a profit generating website. Expertise in Affliate sites is a plus. The goal is to buy an existing website and optimize it for traffic and Monetize the website. Developer will partificate in the purchase of existing websites and maximizing for project. 3-5 years experience preferred.

The rate is $3 per hour plus profit generating commission. A simple $480 per month can easily double if the compaign is done right. Please share the profit generating websites you have built.
