We are looking for highly skilled Web Developers & Software Developers from the Philippines. This is not an immediate hiring opportunity, but rather a chance to be part of our talent network. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both frontend and backend web development, as well as software development using modern technologies. What You'll Do:
Frontend Development:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive, reusable UI components using modern frontend frameworks.
Ensure that web applications are responsive, performant, and cross-browser compatible.
Implement interactive features and ensure an excellent user experience.
Optimize frontend performance to improve loading times and efficiency.
Backend Development:
Develop and maintain robust server-side logic, APIs, and databases.
Work with backend technologies to build scalable applications.
Design and optimize database schemas and queries for efficient data retrieval and storage.
Implement security best practices for authentication, authorization, and data protection.
Software Development:
Build scalable software applications that meet business requirements.
Work on software architecture, design patterns, and best coding practices.
Deploy and maintain cloud-based applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to define technical requirements and ensure successful product delivery.
Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance to team members.
Troubleshoot and debug applications across the stack to resolve issues quickly.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure application stability and quality.
Perform thorough testing to identify and fix bugs before deployment.
Use appropriate testing methodologies and frameworks.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in web and software development.
Continuously improve performance, scalability, and security of applications.
Contribute to process improvements to increase team efficiency and productivity.
Documentation:
Create and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for application code, architecture, and database schemas.
Maintain API documentation for internal and external use.
What You Need to Qualify:
Experience:
2-3+ years of experience in full-stack web and software development.
Remote work (Applicants preferably from the Philippines), work on EST Hours
Proven experience in both frontend and backend development.
Strong expertise in database management and optimization.
Experience in deploying and managing cloud-based applications.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.).
Experience with backend development using various languages (Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, .NET, etc.).
Strong understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL, relational and non-relational databases).
Experience with cloud platforms and hosting solutions.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and software deployment.
Knowledge of security best practices in web and software development.
Ability to work with different development tools and frameworks as needed.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lead projects, manage priorities, and mentor junior developers.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
