JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled web developer with strong experience in social media marketing and outreach coordination. This is a remote, part-time position where you will be responsible for building a professional website, managing social media profiles, and conducting outreach to relevant organizations to help recruit potential ovarian tissue donors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in web development, social media management, and business outreach. You must be proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities:

Website Development:
-Create and maintain a professional, mobile-friendly website.
-Ensure the website is informative, secure, and easy to navigate.
-Implement forms to allow potential donors to contact us and inquire about the donation process.

Social Media Management:
-Manage and grow social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
-Create regular posts to engage potential donors and inform them about the donation process.
-Respond to inquiries and manage community engagement.
-Utilize paid ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram to reach a larger audience.

Outreach to Relevant Facilities:
-Contact transgender clinics, fertility centers, and other health-related facilities to inform them about the ovarian tissue donation process.
-Build partnerships with these organizations to facilitate referrals of potential donors.
-Develop outreach materials such as email templates and call scripts.

General Communication and Administrative Tasks:
-Manage ongoing communication with potential donors and partner organizations.
-Track and follow up on outreach efforts, maintaining a database of leads.
-Ensure that all communication is professional, ethical, and legally compliant.

Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in web development and social media management (please do not apply if you do not meet this experience level).
-Proficiency in WordPress, HTML/CSS, and other relevant web development tools.
-Experience with social media marketing, including ad creation on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Experience with outreach and partnership-building is a plus.
-Fluent in English.

Compensation:
-Hourly Rate: $5 per hour.

Work Schedule:
-4 days a week (Sunday through Thursday).
-Working hours: 6–8 AM NY Time (Eastern Time), with the remaining hours flexible, depending on the workload.
