MANILA BASED, ON-SITE ROLE

Are you a skilled web developer with a passion for crafting high-converting, visually stunning real estate websites? Do you thrive on optimizing websites for traffic, leads, and SEO performance? If yes, we want YOU!

What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain high-performing real estate websites
Implement best-in-class UX/UI design for seamless customer journeys
Optimize website speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness
Execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and lead generation
Integrate CRM, chatbots, and automation for lead management
Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to improve conversions

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in WordPress, Webflow, or custom development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization
UX/UI design expertise with a focus on conversion optimization
Experience with lead capture tools, landing pages, and tracking analytics
Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams
Real estate industry experience is a PLUS!
