Web Developer Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Website Developer Manager with 10+ years of expertise in web development, particularly in WordPress. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading website projects, ensuring high-performance standards, security, and seamless user experience. You will oversee the development team, manage technical aspects, and drive innovation in web design and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead website development projects from concept to completion.

Oversee WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, and performance optimization.

Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, fast-loading, and SEO-optimized.

Manage hosting environments, security protocols, and database optimization.

Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to align website goals.

Implement best practices in coding, UX/UI, and accessibility standards.

Stay up to date with the latest web technologies and trends.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex website issues.

Requirements:
10+ years of professional experience in web development.

Expertise in WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins.

Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.

Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or similar) is a plus.

Familiarity with website performance optimization tools (e.g., caching, CDNs).

Knowledge of security best practices, SSL implementation, and site backups.

Experience managing teams or mentoring junior developers.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify).

Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.

Knowledge of API integrations and third-party tools.
