Web Developer (GoHighLevel Builder)

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to build in Go High Level with our team. You will be responsible for building new websites based on mapped content and converting websites from various platforms (WordPress, Clickfunnels, Kajabi, Wix, Squarespace, etc.) and rebuilding them in Go High Level's builder. You must be comfortable working in Go High Level or a similar builder (Click Funnels) and have experience building websites using the platform.

We are looking more for compentency in designing in a simple builder than an HTML expert with little design sense.

Although we do want someone who is good a supporting the directions we provide, we do not keep employees who are not willing to think for themselves and find solutions to problems. In other words, we want to hire great people not robots who just do what we tell them.

Responsibilities:
Website Development and Design: Develop visually appealing, navigable client-specific websites using GHL's Web builder and other tools.
Comprehensive Funnel Creation: Design and implement sales funnels with sales pages, checkout carts, thank you pages, and email automations. Create lead magnet funnels for delivering resources like PDFs, videos, etc.
Form and Basic Graphic Design: Create user-friendly forms and basic graphics, including logos and thumbnails, in line with client branding.
Basic Logo Design and Color Science: Develop basic logos using fundamental color science principles, utilizing color tools for optimal design outcomes.
Domain Name Server Management: Handle domain settings such as A Name, C Name, MX, and TXT records for integration with services like Cloudflare, GSuite, and Namecheap.
Proficiency in GHL Builder: Utilize Global sections and template features within the Go High Level Builder for efficient site building and optimization.
Creative Site Mapping: Assist in mapping out site connections and user journeys.
Canva Usage: Regular use of Canva for graphic design tasks, requiring an active Canva account.
Converting Existing Sites: Ability to duplicate sites built on other sites such as Kajabi, Square Space, Wix, Click Funnels etc.

Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in web development and design with a focus on design aesthetics.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript, with a greater emphasis on design skills over complex coding.
• Experience in creating comprehensive sales and lead magnet funnels, connected to email automations.
• Basic logo design capabilities and understanding of color science.
• Familiarity with domain name server management and integration with Cloudflare, GSuite, and Namecheap.
• Skilled in using Go High Level Builder’s features effectively.
• An active Canva account for design tasks.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance in web elements.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Adaptability to new tools, including Go High Level's Web builder.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to work during US business hours, as needed.
Openness to learning and adapting to new methodologies.
Reliable internet connection with speeds over 60 Mbps.
Excellent English skills in all aspects: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
Comfortable using Loom for communication.
Proficient in using Click-Up for task management.
Completion of an IQ test and a DISC personality profile during application.

Desirable Skills:

• Portfolio showcasing website designs, basic logos, funnels, and understanding of color theory.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Experience with API integrations, particularly Zapier.
