Web Developer - Financial Tech Website - PARTNERSHIP BASED (NOT PAID UPFRONT)

I'm looking to work with a web developer who has experience on creating customer websites. I have a wordpress website that is 50% completed, and would like to partner with someone on completing it.

The Benefits of Partnering with me is that you'll earn more money through the partnership than you will through a paid gig job.
I am willing to work with you on naming a price you are comfortable with.

You will be working with me directly through Slack Channel and we'll be updating and discussing all the changes and requirements. There isn't a time rush on this project, I would theoretically like to have it ready by end of year, or as soon as possible.

This project will require some basic tasks, like Building a Dashboard section where customers can view Data.
A lot of the Data will be received through API's which you'll need to know how to use and install/display.

There will be multiple sections where pages will need filters to display the right data. i.e. you put in data into a filter, and specific information will be displayed.

The Developer will work with other members of the team who will help in the brand creation and graphic designs.

The Website Below, is a reference to the type of website I would like to build out. Similar layout, with multiple sections, dropdown menu, filters, etc.
