Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Stack Developer who thrives on building and maintaining high-quality web applications. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for someone who loves solving challenging problems and takes pride in delivering exceptional work.

This role requires someone with excellent people skills, integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, on a night shift (9 PM - 6 AM PH Time) to align with our US-based clients’ operations.

Responsibilities
As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for:
Developing and Maintaining Applications:
Build new features and maintain existing Ruby on Rails applications.
Contribute to frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.
Ensuring Code Quality and Testing:
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Conduct thorough QA, ensuring robust test coverage using tools like RSpec.
Deploying and Managing Applications:
Configure, deploy, and maintain applications on platforms like Render and Heroku.
Collaborating with Stakeholders:
Work closely with team members and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable deliverables.
Provide clear communication on progress, challenges, and solutions.
Modernizing Legacy Systems:
Debug, upgrade, and maintain legacy frameworks like Rails or Ember.js when required.

Experience
3-5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript frameworks (React or Vue).
Proven ability to write comprehensive test coverage and deliver bug-free, maintainable code.
Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with PaaS platforms such as Render or Heroku for app deployment.
Experience with legacy framework upgrades or modernization is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and reliability.
Availability to work during PH night shift (9 PM - 6 AM) to align with US business hours.
