We are in search of a talented and innovative Web Developer to spearhead the redesign and and build future websites. We would like to find someone who is proficient with:

-CSS
-Thrive themes
-Elementor
-Multi-step submission forms into a crm
-Knowledge of gmail integration with contact submission forms

The ideal candidate will possess a robust portfolio demonstrating proficiency in web development,, cutting-edge design, and strategic branding.

Job Responsibilities:

Atomic Digital Websites Redesign:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Craft user-friendly and responsive website designs that are visually compelling.
- Execute the redesign, ensuring enhanced functionality and an improved user experience.
- Thoroughly test and debug the website to optimize performance across various browsers and devices.
- Offer multiple design options for consideration, incorporating feedback into revisions.

Custom WordPress Development:
Develop, test, and launch custom WordPress sites and plugins tailored to clients' needs

Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) Management:
Implement and manage ACF to ensure our WordPress websites are versatile and content-rich, enhancing user experience and content management efficiency

Website Maintenance:
Ensure the optimal performance, security, and responsiveness of websites across various devices and browsers by conducting regular updates and addressing any issues related to usability or functionality

Collaboration:
Work in tandem with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure the website aligns with brand guidelines and meets marketing objectives

SEO Best Practices:
Implement SEO-friendly coding and ensure that all website practices adhere to SEO guidelines to enhance visibility and traffic.

User Experience (UX) Optimization:
Ensure websites provide an exceptional user experience, with intuitive navigation, fast loading times, and compelling calls to action

Data Management:
Ensure secure and effective data management practices, safeguarding website data and user information

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in custom WordPress development and ACF
- Strong portfolio showcasing previously developed WordPress websites
- Proficient in web development languages, including PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Compensation: Php 40,000 - PHP 60,000 per month (depending on experience)
