Job Overview
As a WordPress Web Designer / Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing WordPress websites. You should have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of UX/UI best practices, and technical expertise in WordPress development. You will work closely with our SEO, content, and marketing teams to ensure our websites are optimized for performance and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive WordPress websites using themes, page builders (Elementor).
Customize themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
Optimize website performance, speed, and security.
Implement on-page SEO best practices, including proper heading structures, schema markup, and meta tags.
Create and edit visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Ensure cross-browser and mobile responsiveness.
Troubleshoot website issues, perform updates, and maintain existing WordPress sites.
Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and automation systems (CRM, payment gateways, email marketing tools, etc.).
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a WordPress Web Designer / Developer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in WordPress, including custom theme development, child themes, and plugin customization.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for front-end and back-end development.
Familiarity with WooCommerce for e-commerce development.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, website speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals.
Experience with page builders like Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, or Gutenberg.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and modern web design trends.
Experience with website hosting, DNS, and domain management.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform regular maintenance.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools is a plus.
Knowledge of GoHighLevel, CRM integrations, and automation systems is a bonus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
