We are looking for an experienced and creative Web Designer & Brand Expert to elevate our online presence and ensure our brand communicates professionalism, trust, and expertise.

Position Overview:
We currently have a website that has been created via WordPress/Elementor. However, we are seeking a talented Web Designer & Brand Expert with experience in the accounting industry to redesign and optimize our website while strengthening our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of user experience, and an ability to translate our firm's values into a seamless online experience. In addition, you will work closely with our executive team to ensure that the brand’s visual identity is consistent across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Design & Brand Strategy:

- Design a visually striking, high-performing website that reflects the firm’s brand and values.
- Focus on clean, professional aesthetics that communicate trust, expertise, and clarity.
- Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that guide the website development process.
- Implement intuitive UX/UI designs to ensure the website is easy to navigate and user-friendly, with a focus on client
engagement.
- Optimize website design for mobile devices, speed, and performance.
- Use modern design trends and techniques to deliver an elevated user experience, enhancing client interaction with the
firm.

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer, UI/UX Designer, or Brand Strategist, preferably with a background in the accounting
or professional services sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design, brand development, and digital projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of WordPress a plus
- Experience with SEO and website analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience working with accounting firms or financial services businesses is highly preferred.
