Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Web Designer who can design and develop a comprehensive, visually appealing website for Virtual Ally. The ideal candidate will have experience with website design and a solid understanding of CRM tools to recommend and integrate the best platforms and technologies for our website. You will ensure that our site not only looks great but also functions seamlessly to support our customer relationship management and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with our team to understand our brand, services, and website objectives.
• Design and develop a professional, engaging, and user-friendly website tailored to our virtual assistant services.
• Recommend and implement the best website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix) and technologies that align with our needs.
• Integrate CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) into the website to enhance customer interaction and data management.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
• Develop responsive designs ensuring optimal performance across various devices and screen sizes.
• Optimize website content, including text, images, and multimedia, to maximize user engagement and SEO performance.
• Test the website thoroughly and resolve any design or functionality issues prior to launch.
• Provide recommendations for ongoing website maintenance and CRM tool enhancements post-launch.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and capabilities.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or Sketch.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace) is highly desirable.
