Core Requirements

An experienced web site designer, specifically in wordpress & elementor, with a flare you good design, conversion rate optimization & UX


- Remote-Ready: You’ll be working online, so a reliable internet connection is a must.


- Proven Experience: At least 2 years experience working with wordpress & elementor.


- Familiarity working with SOPs: Capable of following established workflows and procedures to ensure quality and consistency.


- A self-motivated team player.


- Must be a fast learner and be able to think/ problem solve.


Is resourceful and is able to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Flexible. We agree on a time that works for both you and the business.

Responsibilities

???? Research and design according to customer website & design brief. Full training will be provided

???? Upload web pages from customer template library, fill out page with our writers content

???? Structure page for seo content & copy. Correct H-tag, URL & internal linking implementation

???? Choose images for the pages & use correct anchor text

???? Producing excellent pages for our clients, meeting deadlines.

???? Each day, you will log into our ClickUp workspace to access and complete work from the list of assigned projects.

???? Generally speaking, a client will have a one design, this will then be rolled out across the whole site as more pages are created.

???? Designing conversion rate optimized pages for paid ad campaigns


What's it like to work with us

You choose your schedule. We only ask that there be at least 1-2 hours/day that overlaps with the time we work (uk time) so we can discuss things if needed.

At the end of every shift, you write a short recap on the progress & pages completed that day. I will also use this to see your progress and give feedback & suggestions, so this is required everyday without fail.
