Web Designer VA

We are seeking a Web & Digital Support Specialist to assist in managing and maintaining our websites, ensuring smooth functionality, and providing basic troubleshooting support. The ideal candidate should have experience with WordPress, Wix, Elementor, and basic web development, along with strong image editing skills. This role requires someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive in handling website-related tasks and minor technical issues.


Key Responsibilities:
-Website Management & Updates: Maintain and update website content using WordPress and Elementor.
-Image Editing & Optimization: Edit and optimize images for web use, ensuring high-quality visuals and fast loading speeds.
-Troubleshooting & Basic Web Support: Diagnose and fix minor website issues, including plugin conflicts, formatting errors, and broken links.
-Plugin & Theme Management: Install, update, and configure plugins and themes while ensuring compatibility and security.
-Content Formatting: Format blog posts, pages, and media elements to align with design and branding guidelines.
-Basic Technical Support: Assist with domain, hosting, and email configurations when needed.


Requirements:

-At least 2 years of experience in website management, web support, or a similar role.
-Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor for website updates and page building.
-Familiarity with website performance optimization and security best practices.
-Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
-Can perform basic website troubleshooting
