Web Designer (US Client Experience) Full-Time

We are seeking a talented Web Designer for a full-time (40 hours per week) freelance position with one of our clients. You'll be working night shifts, with weekends off, and enjoying the flexibility of a permanent work-from-home setup. This is a long-term contract role, offering $15/hr.

Responsibilities:

Enhance Client Websites: Use your design and UX expertise to create visually compelling websites and landing pages.
Review Client Calls: Understand client needs from recorded calls and execute design work, stepping into the role previously held by the client.
Design Projects: Manage multiple design tasks, including banner design, ensuring high-quality and consistent results.
Innovate: Stay updated with the latest design trends to keep client websites competitive and engaging.
Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years in web design, landing page design, and UX, with a strong portfolio.
Banner Design: Proven success in banner design campaigns.
SaaS & Agency Background: Experience in SaaS and agency environments.
Client Collaboration: Ability to understand and translate client goals into compelling designs.
Tools: Proficiency in Figma is mandatory; Webflow experience is highly preferred.
Communication: Strong skills to interpret client needs and deliver on time.
