The Opportunity:
We're seeking a talented Web Designer who combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of modern web design principles. You'll work directly with our founder (an experienced designer) to create beautiful, functional websites for sophisticated clients. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating clean, modern designs and has a keen eye for typography, composition, and user experience.

- Experience with web animations
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Familiarity with WordPress
- Icon design capabilities

Daily Responsibilities:
- Create modern, responsive web designs in Figma
- Design reusable components and UI elements
- Maintain consistent design systems
- Create responsive layouts for all devices
- Design interactive elements and micro-interactions
- Prepare assets for development team
- Document design decisions and specifications
- Participate in design reviews
- Send daily progress reports
- Track time using Clockify or similar tool
Design Examples We're Looking For:
- Clean, modern web interfaces
- Responsive design implementations
- Component-based design systems
- Typography-focused layouts
- Interactive element designs
- Brand-aligned web experiences
Schedule & Availability:
- 15-25 hours per week to start, potential for more
- Must overlap 2-3 hours with US Pacific Time (9am-5pm)
- Flexible scheduling for remaining hours
- Available for team and client meetings when scheduled
- Filipino holidays observed
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting rate: $10-12 per hour based on experience
- Monthly performance bonuses available
- Paid training period
- Increase after 90-day review
- 13th month pay after 1 year
- Paid time off after 6 months
