Web Designer & Design Manual Specialist

Job Overview
Sunago Group is seeking a self-driven and motivated Web Designer & Design Manual Specialist to update and optimize our existing Design Manual and create our website using Squarespace. The ideal candidate should be able to manage the entire project independently, from concept to completion, with minimal guidance.

If the collaboration goes well, this position may lead to a more permanent role within our growing company. Additional qualifications, such as experience in creating Word templates, are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
Update and optimize the current version of the Sunago Group Design Manual to reflect our evolving brand identity.
Design and build a modern, responsive website using Squarespace, following the provided structure and design principles.
Collaborate online with limited support, focusing on delivering drafts for review and feedback.
Work independently to manage the layout, graphics, and overall structure of the website.
Incorporate rough draft content and finalize the text as the design progresses.
Deliver high-quality drafts, meeting project milestones and deadlines.
Requirements
Proven experience in Squarespace web design and development.
Strong skills in design and branding, with experience in updating and refining Design Manuals.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently without the need for extensive technical input or supervision.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating online and receiving feedback.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering polished and professional results.
Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
Bonus: Experience in creating Word templates is a plus but not a requirement.
Advantage: Openness to take on additional assignments of a different nature is highly valued.
