Web Designer

We are looking for a skilled Web Designer to complete and improve our website (built on Wix). This role requires a strong eye for elegant, minimalist, neutral yet professioal design aesthetics, along with technical knowledge to optimise site functionality, user experience, and search visibility.
Key Responsibilities

Website Design & Optimisation:
-Design and update website pages, ensuring a professional, high-quality look.
-Optimise site performance, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
-Assist with adding new pages for programs, courses, and client bookings.
-Integrate Google Forms, booking systems, and automation tools.
-Suggest improvements to streamline navigation and conversions.

SEO & Searchability:
-Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings.
-Ensure fast loading times & mobile optimisation for higher Google rankings.
-Set up and manage Google Search Console & Analytics to track website performance.

Google Business Profile & Local Search Optimisation:
-Set up and optimise Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business).
-Ensure the business appears in Google Search & Google Maps.
-Use local SEO strategies (e.g., location-based keywords, structured metadata).
-Encourage Google Reviews and provide strategies to improve local rankings.


Qualifications:
? Experience in Wix website design (or willingness to learn Wix quickly).
? Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and SEO best practices.
? Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile.
? Knowledge of site speed optimisation, mobile responsiveness, and structured data.
? Experience with basic automation tools & booking system integrations (preferred).
? Ability to work independently and suggest creative improvements.
