Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Design & Maintenance

Update and enhance the website to align with the business’s rebranding.
Optimize site structure, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.
Troubleshoot website issues and implement improvements to ensure optimal performance.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that include on-page, local, and technical SEO.
Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant terms strategically into the website.
Optimize meta descriptions, alt tags, page speed, and structured data to improve search rankings.
Utilize tools such as Google Search Console and other SEO platforms to monitor performance and make data-driven improvements.
Content Scheduling & Lead Generation

Manage and schedule social media content for Facebook and other platforms.
Ensure social media posts align with business promotions and branding.
Execute lead generation strategies by engaging in relevant Facebook groups, tracking interactions, and optimizing content for conversions.
Go beyond basic social media management by actively engaging with audiences to drive traffic and inquiries.
Key Requirements

Experience with website platforms like Squarespace, WordPress, or similar.
Proficiency in SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, local SEO, and technical SEO best practices.
Social media lead generation skills, beyond just posting and scheduling—ability to engage and attract potential leads.
Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and provide regular updates.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with the business owner effectively.
