Wealthcounsel Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Campbell Holzhauer (https://campbellconcierge.law) is a technology-forward law firm specializing in estate planning, small business transactional law, and occasional real estate work. We push for outstanding attention to detail and are heavy users of Wealthcounsel drafting software.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced paralegal with a strong background in the Wealthcounsel platform. Additional general legal experience in any other areas, or willingness to provide general virtual assistance a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage a wide range of estate planning documents using Wealthcounsel software.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for client meetings, and drafting follow-up communications.
- Conduct legal research and support the legal team with miscellaneous taskings.
- Legal research and responsible use of AI (ie thoroughly fact-checking, cross-checking all case citations), etc.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a paralegal in estate planning using Wealthcounsel; please indicate the duration of your experience with this tool in your application.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to follow deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must use Timeproof.

Salary:
$8.00 per hour, with potential for bonuses during an initial probationary period. Potential for eventual full-time work if you do a great job.
