Location: REMOTE
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm US Pacific time (subject to change)

The Cal Agents Realty is seeking a passionate and talented UX Designer to join our growing team. We believe in creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences that delight our users and drive business success. What You'll Do:

User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
Information Architecture & Interaction Design: Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and sitemaps to define the information architecture and interaction design of our digital products.
Visual Design Collaboration: Collaborate with visual designers to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing user experience.
Usability Testing & Iteration: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
Design Systems & Guidelines: Contribute to and maintain our design system and style guides.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and technical constraints.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.

What You'll Bring:

Proven Experience: minimum 3 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
User-Centered Approach: A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Design Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Research Skills: Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Prototyping Skills: Ability to create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Portfolio: A compelling portfolio demonstrating your UX design process and deliverables.
