Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join our team! In this dynamic role, you’ll oversee various human resources functions, supporting our company's mission to create a positive and productive work environment. You’ll work closely with leadership to handle employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, interviewing, and hiring for US
Facilitate onboarding processes and conduct new hire orientations for US hires
Administer employee benefits programs and handle enrollment, changes, and questions for US employees
Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues to promote a positive workplace culture for US and Overseas
Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies for US and Overseas
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as needed
Assist with performance review processes, including training managers on best practices
Handle employee offboarding, including exit interviews and paperwork
Support and participate in company-wide HR initiatives and events
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices particularly CALIFORNIA LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT LAWS
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with HR software, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Suite
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP) is a plus
Experience in performance management or employee engagement programs
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
