We Are Looking for an Experienced Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of high-quality, innovative, and sustainable structures. You will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring that designs align with client needs, regulations, and industry best practices.

**Responsibilities**
Develop architectural designs that meet client objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Create detailed construction drawings, plans, and 3D models.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations to assess project viability.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and international building codes and safety regulations.
Utilize advanced design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) for precision and visualization.
Present designs and concepts to clients, explaining ideas clearly and effectively.
Stay updated on architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies.

**Requirements & Skills**
Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
7+ years of architectural design experience (commercial, residential, or industrial projects).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
Licensure as a registered architect (RA) is a major PLUS!
Expertise in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino, etc.).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sustainability practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
