We are seeking an experienced eBay/Poshmark Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our eBay/ Poshmark store to maximize sales and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

List and optimize eBay listings by creating high-quality titles and descriptions
List our current clothing items on Poshmark, and optimize and use strategy to sell.
Create compelling and professional product images
Identify and source profitable items for sale
Generate and increase sales through strategic listing and marketing efforts
Provide exceptional customer service to maintain the health and reputation of the store
Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to improve performance
Stay updated with eBay/poshmark policies, trends, and best practices
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing eBay/poshmark account
Proven portfolio of successful eBay listings and sales strategies
Strong understanding of eBay/poshmark SEO and listing optimization
Excellent photography and image editing skills
Ability to identify profitable items and trends
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with eBay/poshmark store management tools and software
Knowledge of eBay/poshmark policies and guidelines
Previous experience in a similar role with a track record of increasing sales
