JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Walmart Account Suspension and Termination Specialist with proven expertise in resolving store suspensions and account terminations on the Walmart platform. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Walmart’s policies and procedures, along with extensive experience in successfully navigating communications with Walmart’s admin support team. This individual will be responsible for thoroughly investigating any violations or issues that have led to a suspension or termination, negotiating with Walmart to resolve these matters, and securing the reinstatement of accounts where possible. Skills and Requirements:

Extensive Knowledge of Walmart Marketplace Policies: In-depth understanding of Walmart’s rules, guidelines, and violation triggers, including the appeal process for suspensions and terminations.

Experience in Walmart Account Management: Proven track record in successfully reinstating suspended accounts and negotiating the reversal of terminations.

Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with Walmart admin support, crafting compelling appeals and navigating disputes with professionalism and persistence.

Analytical Problem-Solving Abilities: Skill in analyzing the causes of account violations, identifying solutions, and implementing corrective actions to meet Walmart’s requirements.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach in reviewing Walmart notifications, understanding policy infractions, and preparing accurate documentation for appeals.

Time Management and Efficiency: Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize tasks to achieve timely resolutions.

Customer Service Mindset: A proactive attitude toward protecting the company’s reputation and maintaining operational integrity.

Experience with Marketplace Tools and Metrics: Familiarity with Walmart Seller Center and related tools, including experience analyzing seller performance metrics and operational KPIs.

Proficiency in Documentation: Strong ability to prepare well-structured appeal letters, reports, and evidence to support cases for account reinstatement.

Adaptability: Ability to stay updated on changes to Walmart policies and act swiftly in response to new regulations or challenges.

Preferred qualifications:

Previous experience working directly with Walmart admin support
Experience with other eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay) handling account suspensions is a plus
