Walmart Account Manager

Job Description:

As a Walmart Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and optimizing product listings across Walmart’s platform while leveraging your Amazon experience to implement successful strategies. You will manage the day-to-day operations of our Walmart account, ensuring performance targets are met and working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, visibility, and profitability on Walmart’s platform
• Utilize your Amazon experience to translate best practices and strategies across both marketplaces
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for Walmart listings, including sales, traffic, conversion, and inventory health
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to optimize product listings and customer experience
• Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and trends
• Develop strong relationships with Walmart representatives to ensure compliance, gain insights, and resolve any issues promptly
• Work with inventory management teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment
• Continuously optimize product content, images, pricing, and promotions to drive engagement and sales


Qualifications:
• Amazon experience is a must—familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and marketplace best practices
• Proven track record of managing Walmart accounts or other eCommerce platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Knowledge of retail eCommerce trends and best practices, including digital marketing strategies
