WORDPRESS WEBSITE DESIGNER NEEDED

We want to make a WordPress website that is informative plus collecting data from customers and adding to the Database and filling out customers inquiry form. We need someone who can work in the USA time zone or at least for 4 hours in the USA time zone from 8 am to 12 pm Central time.
