WFH PROFESSIONAL SOCIAL MEDIA CONSULTANT

We are seeking a talented and experienced Professional Social Media Marketing Manager/Consultant to join our property development company based in Ireland on a remote part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be based in the Philippines and possess a proven track record of success in social media management, with the ability to create engaging content and grow our online presence. In addition, the candidate should have experience in website management to ensure our online platforms are up-to-date and optimized for user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Create high-quality, creative content and written posts that resonate with our target audience.
• Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics to track performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and promotional campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Update and maintain company websites with new content, images, and information as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications:
• Professional experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and content creation, preferably with experience working with property development or real estate industry.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in website management and basic knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) preferred.
• Familiarity with the property development or real estate industry is a plus.
