Position Description:
We are seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) freelance contractor to join our team as a Marketing Manager who specializes in Paid Media Buying and Social Media Management. This role involves managing social media channels and developing strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok. You will oversee paid social media ads, including setup, optimizations, A/B testing, and strategic planning, and you’ll support ad creative design with static visuals. Additional responsibilities include light graphic design for organic posts and video editing for reels and TikTok content, all while contributing to the broader marketing strategy.
About the work:
• Manage and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok to drive engagement and growth.
• Set up, optimize, and perform A/B testing for paid social media ad campaigns, ensuring each platform aligns with overall marketing goals.
• Design simple, static ad creatives and create basic visuals using Canva for both paid and organic social media posts.
• Perform light video editing for reels and TikTok, producing short, straightforward content to enhance social media presence.
• Support the broader marketing strategy by aligning paid media efforts with brand objectives and audience insights.

• 5 years of experience as a Paid Media Buyer, with a proven track record of managing paid social campaigns independently.
• 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager responsible for both strategy development and execution.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, and TikTok Ads, including setup, optimization, and A/B testing.
• Proficient in Canva for creating simple, static ad creatives and light visual assets.
