WANTED: Outbound Cold Caller with GREAT ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILLS and a Strong Sales Skills

Hello! We are looking for an enthusiastic phone professional who will make outbound cold calls (telemarketing) for insurance. The ideal candidate will have excellent English speaking skills with a clear and easy to understand voice. They must also have a fast and reliable internet connection with a quality plug in headset. The ideal candidate must also be used to working nights, as working hours are Monday through Thursday 9am-8pm EST.

You will be making 50 calls+ per hour through your computer using our easy click to call software. You will use a script to generate leads for health insurance, keying information into our CRM and either scheduling an appointment or transferring the call to one of our agents. You will also work with other scripts and the treatment will be similar, but your main focus will be health insurance.

You must be comfortable providing rebuttals to objections. Sales background is very helpful but we will provide scripts for the most common objections. If someone says "I'm not interested, I already have insurance", you should be comfortable with a scripted rebuttal like "That's great, most people I talk to do have insurance, and what they find after talking to us is...." Of course, this is something you will improve on with time.

This job involves a high level of supervision. We will NOT monitor your computer, however all calls are recorded for training and we you will have daily video training sessions with us to review phone calls. This is always done in a positive and constructive way, as we are looking for a great, long term employee who will grow with us!


Available to work 9am-8pm EST with breaks (9pm - 8am Philippines Time) Monday thru Thursday
