You’ll take control of our Vtuber avatar, craft engaging content, and interact with fans in real-time—all while staying true to the character. This is a FULLY REMOTE POSITION, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with a global audience. If you have a flair for performance, love anime and gaming, and thrive in a creative environment, this could be your perfect role!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Animating our Vtuber persona during live streams, ensuring the character is lively, expressive, and true to its personality.
- Creating and curating content that resonates with our target audience, from gameplays and reaction videos to Q&A sessions and themed streams.
- Engaging with fans in character, responding to comments, answering questions, and building a loyal community of followers.
- Collaborating with our creative team to brainstorm new ideas, develop storylines, and plan special events or series that keep the content fresh and exciting.
- Monitoring stream performance and incorporating feedback to continuously improve the quality and entertainment value of your streams.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT:
- A passion for performance and storytelling, with the ability to stay in character throughout live streams.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear, accent-neutral speech that can be easily understood by a diverse audience.
- Technical proficiency with streaming tools and software, including the ability to operate a microphone, camera, and Vtuber software seamlessly.
- Stable and reliable internet connection, along with power backups, to ensure that streams are uninterrupted and professional.
- Creativity and adaptability, capable of thinking on your feet and adjusting to live situations while maintaining the character's persona.
- A strong interest in anime and video games, bringing authenticity and enthusiasm to your role.
- At least 18 years of age, with the maturity and responsibility required for live, real-time interactions.
