Vlog & Short form Video Editor

I am looking for someone who is REALLY good att vlogs and short form content.
You need to understand English really well and how to create a story and make it flow.
You need to be skilled at knowing what is junk and boring footage and what is gold and how to stitch it all together with b-roll, music, sfx and basic vfx.
You need to be fluent in Premiere Pro, and preferably in After Effects.

If you have ANIMATION EXPERIENCE, that is a big bonus, but not essential.
