Currently we are expanding our Sales Department (visa support services) and looking for a well organized Visa Support Officer to join our team and help Filipino to transfer for better job and life opportunities in Poland. In details: we are looking for a person who will guide applicants from the moment they apply for a work permit to the interview and obtaining a visa.

Perfect Match:
Experience in visa support - 1 year
Work in ZOHO crm

We can consider:
Candidates who have worked with clients. Support, assistance in resolving issues
Experience working with CRM systems and task managers (like Asana)

Key requirements in order of priority:
English— confident conversational level B2
accuracy to details
confidence and communication skills
you have experience working with people
organized and able to set priorities, you don't need an office to work well
you have a desire to learn and constantly improve your level of professionalism
you dream of becoming a specialist in the international market
own PC or laptop and headset
stable internet connection

Responsibilities and functionality:
Entering information into the CRM
Preparing documents
Communicating with applicants (clarifying questions, nuances of the visa process, etc.)
Preparing for the visa interview
Filing appeals

fixed stake of 25 000 - 35 000 ?
full support at all stages of training
all necessary product and company training documents and scripts of key negotiation options
remote work, convenient work schedule
working hours from 09:00 to 18:00 from Mon. to Fri.
paid probation and trainee periods
the ability to keep a high level of English while communicating with potential foreign clients
