Virtual/Marketing Assistant

I have a travel blog, and I post a lot of images and other content on Facebook. Currently, I need to find someone with an eye for scroll-stopping travel images to build designs with my template on Canva. I am looking to grow this business and start some others, so there is an opportunity to scale this Canva/Facebook skillset. I would also like to move into Pinterest, so familiarity with that would be helpful. If someone wants to get involved in my business and other things, I would love to have a right-hand person at some point so there is an opportunity for growth. The bottom line is that I'm looking for someone who enjoys travel because most businesses I involve myself in will revolve around that. It would be great to find someone who has attention to detail and wants to be part of something for the future.

Other Details
I offer 40 hours per week across five shifts - I'm less concerned about when the work gets done vs. it getting done on time
I don't offer 13-month pay, instead, I give 3 weeks vacation
You need to have a desktop or laptop computer - you will need to provide a photo if selected
There is a 2 phase hiring process. 1st phase is to submit a resume and a cover message explaining why you’re suitable for the job
Phase two involves performing sample tasks precisely as the job entails
I use Clockify to track job progress
I will request to have a video call before hiring to make sure everything is good
