We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Property Assistant to support our property management operations. This remote role is essential to ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and experienced in handling a variety of administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
Tenancy Management:
Assist in creating and managing tenancy agreements.
Update and maintain tenancy records.
Process tenancy renewals, terminations, and related documentation.

Monitor and respond to
Filter, prioritize, and forward important messages to the appropriate team members.
Property Listings:
Create, edit, and post property advertisements on online platforms.
Manage inquiries and schedule viewings.
Tenant Support:
Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate maintenance requests with contractors.
Payments and Invoices:
Track rent payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Prepare and send invoices for services.
Data Entry and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of property and tenant information.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on property performance.
Calendar Management:
Schedule and manage appointments, inspections, and property maintenance.
Compliance Checks:
Ensure all properties meet safety and legal requirements (e.g., gas safety certificates, EPCs).
Requirements:
Proven experience in property management or administrative roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in property management software and tools (e.g., Arthur Online, Property Hawk, or similar).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Knowledge of UK property regulations is a plus but not mandatory.
