Fight Equipment UK is a leading retailer of martial arts and fitness equipment, catering to customers worldwide. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This role primarily involves customer service and administrative support for our online retail operations, with a strong focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient order management.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Queries: Respond to customer inquiries via eDesk, Shopify Inbox, and email platforms, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Order Management: Update customers regarding their orders by using tracking numbers and checking updates on Royal Mail and UPS websites.
Language Translation: Translate English messages into French and other European languages to assist international customers.
Product Knowledge: Learn our product range to answer customer queries regarding product features, sizing, and recommendations.
Collaboration: Work closely with and take direction from our UK-based team via Slack and other communication tools.
Issue Resolution: Resolve order-related issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including inventory tracking and reporting.

Requirements
Experience: Proven customer service experience, preferably within the UK or US markets.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with Shopify and eDesk platforms.
Familiarity with managing email platforms and online customer service tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Language Skills: Strong written English with the ability to translate to French and other European languages (using tools if needed).
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with a professional and friendly manner.
Independence: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Time Zone Availability: Must be able to work during UK hours.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of martial arts, combat sports, or fitness equipment (desirable but not mandatory).

Work Schedule
Hours of Work:
Wednesday: 1 PM - 4 PM (UK Time)
Thursday - Saturday: 10 AM - 3 PM (UK Time)
Total Hours: 18 hours/week
