? We’re Hiring: Klaviyo Email Designer & E-Commerce Assistant ?



P?MU is looking for a creative, detail-loving Filipino teaUpgrade to see actual infomber who’s equal parts Klaviyo email designer, Canva queen/king, and customer service support star. If you love jewellery, have an eye for beautiful design, and can bring fresh ideas to the table — this could be for you. ????

???? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and building email campaigns in Klaviyo that look and feel like P?MU – elevated, refined, and scroll-stopping.

• Coming up with creative ideas for new campaigns and bringing them to life through strong visuals and smart messaging.

• Using Canva to design assets for email (and sometimes social).

• Assisting with online order processing and customer queries – making sure our customers are taken care of with warmth and efficiency.

• Collaborating with our New Zealand-based team to ensure everything feels on-brand, cohesive, and elegant.

???? What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with Klaviyo – you’re confident building campaigns (and ideally flows too).

• Solid design skills using Canva – you know how to make things beautiful and consistent.

• Great communication skills and fluent English.

• Someone who’s proactive, organised, and loves working with creative, founder-led brands.

• Interest in jewellery, fashion, or design is a big plus!

? Must-Haves:

• Available for at least 20 hours per week

• Reliable internet connection + access to tools (e.g. Canva, email, Slack)
